The form - part - To whom we will send the flowers:
First and last name: Enter the first and last name of the deceased.
Place of delivery: indicate the name of the church, funeral home where the wreath will be delivered.
Address: write the exact address of the church/memorial hall.
Phone: enter the contact person's phone number or yours.
Text on card: Write the text you wish to place on the ribbon at this point. Keep in mind that shorter text is more appropriate for the ribbon. If you have longer text, we will be happy to transcribe it into a condolence message.
Information for us: please indicate in this section the exact time of the start of the funeral ceremony and any other requirements.

Price for delivery:
We can arrange delivery of the wreath in Ostrava, Pilsen and all over the /en. We charge for this service:
- On working days: €5.10 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from €47.48 CZK
- On days off and public holidays: €9.89 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from €47.48 CZK
Prices include collection from the florist and handover at the funeral home, church or other place. Amounts will be automatically added to the total price of the order after the date and place of delivery is entered.
Delivery:
- For weekday orders, next day delivery is possible.
- If you order on a weekend or public holiday, we are not able to deliver the decoration until the next business day. Therefore, please do not hesitate to place your order on the next day.
