I would like to bring flowers to a small village in northern Bohemia. Is it possible?

Yes, we deliver flowers not only in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, a also all over the Czech Republic.

How much does it cost to deliver a bouquet?

On weekdays from Monday to Friday you will pay $5.54 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from $64.43 for flower delivery, on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays $6.83 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from $64.43. Prices are flat rate and valid for the whole Czech Republic.

Will you deliver flowers on the weekend?

Yes, we deliver flowers every day from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. Exceptions are summer holidays and Christmas holidays. Weekend deliveries must be ordered by 3.00 pm on the last working day before the weekend. However, our possibilities are not infinite, so we recommend that you verify such delivery in advance by emailing kvetiny@kvetinyonline.cz.

When will you deliver the parcel?

We deliver flowers every day between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm. You can choose from three-hour time zones, for example 8-11am, 11am-2pm, 2-5pm or 5-8pm.

I need flowers delivered to an address as soon as possible. How quickly can you deliver them?

We can deliver flowers within 2 hours of ordering the same day. If you want your flowers delivered on a weekend or public holiday, you must place your order by 3pm on the last working day.

I need to deliver a bouquet for a celebration at a restaurant. Is this possible?

We deliver flowers to various places, most often to your home, work, restaurant, hairdresser, crematorium, church and other places according to your specifications.

How do I pay?

We accept online card payment, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How will I know if my bouquet has been delivered?

Once the bouquet has been delivered by the courier, you will receive an email from us confirming delivery. The email will not always arrive promptly, some locations are still not covered by the ability to connect to the internet and send the confirmation. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about this.

Will you tell the recipient who is sending the bouquet?

We deliver flowers anonymously as standard. The courier is discreet, in any case he will not disclose the sender to the recipient.

Can I put a vase of flowers on the radiator?

Never place a flower vase near a heat source. Increased temperature shortens the life of the flowers. Read more about the correct indoor location for a vase in the article "Which place is ideal for placing a vase of flowers?".

When is the latest time to send an order?

Weekday orders must be placed no later than 5.00 pm on that day. (We recommend placing your order as soon as possible. Do not wait until late afternoon). Weekend or public holiday orders should be sent by 3.00 pm on the last working day before the delivery day.

How do I order flowers online?

Choose one of the bouquets we offer or make your own and add it to your basket. Choose a delivery date and time, fill in the recipient's address and contact details, add a few basic details about yourself, submit your order and pay by credit card online, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The rest is up to us.

How can I complain about a 30-minute delivery delay?

Complaints are governed by the Terms and Conditions and the relevant laws of the Czech Republic. To help you resolve any problem more quickly, we have described the procedure on the Complaints page.

Will the recipient know who the flowers are from?

No. Our couriers are discreet and do not disclose information about the orderer to anyone as a matter of principle. The delivery is anonymous.

How do I choose flowers?

In our online florist you will find about 100 different bouquets in several sizes. For easier orientation, we have divided them into groups according to occasion, ty/en/flowers/by-type and price.

Can I order something else?

You can also order a bottle of Bohemia Sekt, a sweet Raffaello or a glass vase with your flowers.

I wonder how long the flowers will last in the vase?

Each type of flower has a different shelf life. Generally speaking, cut flowers last about 1-2 weeks fresh with proper care.

Can I add a message or card to the bouquet?

Yes! Just fill it in the appropriate box in the order. We will rewrite it on a card which will be enclosed with the bouquet free of charge.

What happens if the recipient can't be reached?

If we cannot reach the recipient at the address and there is no other option to leave the bouquet, we will take it back to the florist where we will store it and inform you. In the message you will find the address and the date where the bouquet can be picked up free of charge. In the case of a repeat delivery, we may charge you for additional costs.
