How quickly will you deliver the bouquet?
In Prague within 2 hours, all over the Czech Republic within a few hours.
Where do you deliver flowers?
We deliver flowers to Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Pilsen and all over the Czech Republic to the address you specify. Whether to your home, work or hairdresser. We have been delivering flowers to towns and villages in the Czech Republic for 15 years.
Is it anonymous?
It depends on you. The delivery of the bouquet can be anonymous or we can add your name. We will respect your wishes. It is up to you what text you put on the card.
How will you deliver the bouquet?
Our courier will always hand over the bouquet in person, as long as the recipient is at the specified address. In the case of delivery to a private address, he/she can contact the recipient by phone to see if he/she will be there at the desired time. When delivering a bouquet to a business, the courier does not call and will deliver the flowers as ordered.
Will you still contact me by phone?
All communication is handled by email. We contact the customer, i.e. you, by phone only if there is a problem with the address, the recipient is not available and the problem needs to be solved immediately. If the recipient of the bouquet is not reached by the driver, the floral gift is left with colleagues or neighbours.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your order by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Is it possible to add a card to the bouquet?
Yes and free of charge. You write the text in the "Text to insert card" box on the form when filling in the details. We will deliver the card together with the bouquet.
Are the flowers really fresh?
Yes, we always weigh fresh flowers. We prefer them to previously imported though beautifully bloomed ones. So it may happen that the delivered bouquet is not as beautiful as in the picture. But don't worry, within a few days the plants will be in full bloom and the bouquet will last that much longer in the vase.
How long will the flowers last?
Flowers last on average one to two weeks in a vase. Their shelf life depends on the care you give them, but also, for example, on the location of the bouquet. We have written more detailed information about the durability of flowers in the article "Durable beauty: how long do flowers last?".
What quality of flowers do you sell?
The bouquets we sell are made from EX or A1 quality plants.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes, we also deliver flowers on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Exceptions are Christmas holidays, when we are closed, and summer holidays. Orders for weekend delivery must be placed in advance no later than 3:00 pm on the last working day before the delivery day. However, we recommend that you check our availability by e-mail.
How much does it cost to deliver a bouquet?
On weekdays between the hours of 8am and 8pm, you will pay for delivery at CZK129.00 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from CZK1,500.00. On weekends and public holidays, or on weekdays between 8pm and 8am, the delivery price is CZK159.00 or FREE - when buying a bouquet from CZK1,500.00.
Do you arrange delivery to a crematorium or church?
Yes, we will deliver the bouquet for you to the funeral service and hand it to the staff with the intention of displaying it at the casket. To ensure there is no mistake and everything is perfect, more information needs to be provided. Therefore, please read the article for ordering instructions.
Will you let me know that the bouquet has been delivered?
Yes, we will always send you an email confirmation of delivery, as well as a receipt of payment and other information.
Is the order information safe with you?
Yes they are and we are constantly working to improve their security in line with GDPR.
Measures at the time of Covid 19
Our drivers have their face covered when handing over and disinfect the car at least once a day. If you require extra protection for the person being given to you, please write the handover instructions in the "Instructions to us" box on the fromulary. E.g.: "Leave the bouquet at the gate and call the donee. She will pick it up later."
Will I get my account password if I forget it?
Yes, you can enter your email on the "Forgot Password" page and we will send you a new password to change.
